LINDA WILLIAMS

Linda leads the team in efforts to engage with companies in need of business coaching for personal and professional growth, business strategy for new and expanding business, and financial coaching to provide a plan for scaling your business and creating a plan for growth.

She is the owner/founder of Vertical Maven Group, LLC, a tax and accounting firm located in Philadelphia, PA. She has successfully helped scale businesses for physical and financial growth. Prior to starting her own firm, Williams worked in the financial industry for over 15 years with notable companies including Bank of America, J.P. Morgan and American Express. 

Williams serves on several boards and committees in the region, including Mural Arts of Philadelphia, The Legacy Exist: Joe Frazier Foundation, and ROLES. During her time with Mural Arts of Philadelphia, the nonprofit was able to commission Amy Sherald, known for her official portrait of Michelle Obama displayed in the Smithsonian Museum, to complete a mural at 1108 Sansom Street.

MELISSA WYATT

Melissa leads the team in efforts to engage with companies in need of branding and strategy in marketing and communications, specializing in the commercial real estate industry.

Melissa previously spent over 18 years holding senior positions at a variety of leading Philadelphia real estate and construction companies and institutions. Highlights include her tenure at Dranoff Properties, where she launched the complete branding and merchandising of Symphony House, the most successful condominium project in the history of Philadelphia, leading to national exposure in The New York Times.

Deeply committed to the region, Wyatt has served on numerous boards and committees for local community groups, trade associations and nonprofits, including the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Pyramid Club, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). For CREW, she took on the role of the 2018 Fall Luncheon Chair, resulting in the most successful luncheon in chapter history with over 800 attendees and five times the previous year’s profit. She also recently served as the Chair for the Construction Leadership Council for the GBCA, where she successfully lobbied to host the national convention, which took place in September 2019 in Philadelphia.
